If you are like looking for custom forms for Google Sites and you don’t like the look and feel of Google forms and wanted to use some good looking forms instead, then you have come to the right place because I am going to share some third party forms that I used personally and I loved using these forms in Google sites.
3rd Party Forms for Google Sites
Jotform
Jotform is a San Francisco based online form building company. JotForm is in the form building business since 2006 so they have a lot of experience in online form building. What I personally like in Jotform is the ease of use in creating forms and accepting at least 10 payments each month in the free package. If you have a single product and wanted to add e-commerce functionality to your google sites then I guess Jotform is the best option. Jotform has a lot of pre built templates for everyone. You can select from 10000+ templates for Hotel Booking Form, Course Registration Form, Appointment Request form, etc. So I guess there are form templates for almost anyone.
Pros: You can easily create a professional looking and accept 10 payments with 100 monthly submissions in the free package.
Cons: I wish they offer more than 10 payments in the free package.
Zoho Forms
Zoho Forms is a another reliable online form building company. Zoho Forms let you easily create froms from scratch or form a lot of templates categorised perfectly on the left side pane. After you create your form you can easily integrate it in your app or website or share it with anyone via link. The thing that I like the most in Zoho Forms is 500 free submissions each month which I think are more than enough for 95% users. Acceptance of 10 payments in the free package.
Pros: Easily create forms and free 500 submissions each month and accept payments in the free package.
Cons: I wish they accept more than 10 payments in the free package.
Typeform
Typeform is a Spanish form building company which allow its users to create some truly awesome looking forms easily and for free. If you don’t like simple and static forms and want a bit attractive and interactive forms that users love to fill in then I guess there isn’t anything better than Typeform. I personally like it because in no time I was able to create a form with the best UI/UX. The feature that I love the most is how each field appears after you fill in the first one and press Enter or Return. Just have a look at it yourself using the link below. I have put it in google sites for demo.
Pros: You can easily create a truly interactive and awesome looking form.
Cons: Free tier does not let you accept payments and the monthly response limit is 10 only.
[…] Limited functionality: These platforms typically offer limited functionality compared to paid website builders. You may not be able to add advanced features, such as e-commerce or custom forms. […]
